Satin & Aceon — A Visual History
Satin & Aceon
A debt that comes due in December. A woman who keeps signing for it.
The Monster Security Agency keeps the official treaties sealed. Monster Tamers keeps the unofficial sightings alive.
Most of our recurrence files concern beings the MSA has classified, contained, or otherwise managed. Some don't. Some return on a schedule the MSA isn't allowed to interrupt.
The Yule Files are one of those — a subset of the archive concerned with Krampus-typology entities and the women they keep choosing. Figures who appear once a year, on the same date, in different cities, under different names. Always bringing something. Always asking for something back.
Satin & Aceon: the most documented case in the file. A woman who keeps appearing beside a creature that always finds her — gift by gift, debt by debt. December by December.
When the same Krampus keeps choosing the same woman, someone should be paying attention.
