After purchase, digital books and audiobooks are delivered by BookFunnel email. Customers can also log in at my.bookfunnel.com with the email used at checkout to read, listen, send files to an e-reader, or download EPUB and MP3 files.

Q: Where are my ebooks or audiobooks?

Check spam or promotions folders for the BookFunnel delivery email, or log in directly at my.bookfunnel.com with the checkout email. If the books still are not visible, contact Cassie through the contact page.

Q: Do you ship internationally?

Yes. Physical products such as paperbacks, hardcovers, and swag ship to most countries worldwide, with shipping calculated at checkout. Digital products are delivered worldwide through BookFunnel.

Q: What formats are available?

Most books are available in multiple formats, including ebooks, audiobooks, signed paperbacks, and special editions when available. Product pages show the available editions for each book.

Q: Do you need people for your ARC team?

Yes. Readers interested in advance reader copies and reviews can sign up through the ARC team page.

Where are my ebooks or audiobooks? I can't find them!

Check your spam or promotions folder — the delivery email comes from BookFunnel, not from Cassie's store, so it sometimes gets filtered.

You can also go directly to my.bookfunnel.com and log in with the email you used at checkout. Your books will be waiting for you there.
