Shipping policy
SHIPPING POLICY.
When you purchase goods from our Site (https://cassiealexander.myshopify.com/ hereafter known as the Site), the goods will be delivered through one of the following methods:
- Digital goods are delivered instantly by an email from BookFunnel to the email address you used at Checkout. If you do not see it, please check your Spam, or if using Gmail, check your Promotions tab.
- Paperbacks are shipped directly from my office, packaged by me. All paperbacks are personally inspected and signed (or bookplated) by me before shipping to you. I keep a supply on hand and can usually process orders within 5-7 working days.
- Art hardbacks sell out quickly. As such, they will be mailed as additional stock becomes available, typically within 1-2 weeks of placing your order. These packages are always tracked, and tracking numbers can be provided upon request.
- Merchandise items are delivered by Printful or Printify. See your order for shipping times.
Average shipping times once your order has been processed:
- To USA (US Shipping Media Mail) - 3 to 8 working days
- To Canada (UPS Standard) - 3 to 7 working days
- To UK (UPS Worldwide Expedited) - 3 to 5 working days
- To Europe (UPS Worldwide Expedited) - 4 to 6 working days
- To Australia (UPS Worldwide Expedited) - 7 to 10 working days
You are required to provide us with a complete and accurate delivery address, including the name of the recipient if physical goods. We are not liable for the delivery of your goods to the wrong address or wrong person as a result of you providing us with inaccurate or incomplete information.
Unfortunately, we do not accept cancellations, returns or process refunds.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
